wonderful stay!
underground tunnel friendly staff helpful tips
i found the location perfect. the hotel has rooms on an upper part. there is an underground tunnel to reach the restaurants, pools and beach across the street. the staff was friendly, and a shuttle was always available to my room (i sometimes preferred a short walk). the general manager was friendly and gave helpful tips.

The location offered direct access to the beach. I found sunbeds available for free. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The design of the rooms had a nice aesthetic.

lush greenery shuttle service quick staff private villa
my villa was tucked away on the hillside. lush greenery surrounded it. i was initially worried about the climb, but the resort provides a shuttle service to take you up and down!!! the staff were always quick to help whenever i needed a lift.
the room lighting is a bit dim and some of the wooden furniture shows its age.

pleasant stay at the resort!
underground tunnel shuttle service
The location is really good. the restaurants, pools and beach are across the street. an underground tunnel gets you there safely. a shuttle is available to take you up to your room. scooters are available for rent at the front desk. A qr code contacted the front desk. the general manager greeted us and checked on our needs regularly. he gave tips about the local area.

The staff were cheerful and helpful. They promptly fulfilled every request we had. they offered excursions and motorcycle rentals. the staff always offered us a cloub car ride from reception to the accommodations.

unmaintained grounds broken furniture
The grounds looked neglected . I never saw anyone maintaining them, so one of the pools was green, not appealing at all. Many sunbeds and umbrellas were broken. These were just left lying around. It gave the impression the hotel needs a major overhaul and significant improvements to its maintenance routines! The beach bar had a nice location, but the prices were high. It was disappointing to see the broken furniture.
